The role of our wedding planner is to guide and assist you with the selection of the perfect wedding  venue by providing you with a range of options that match your full requirements. Your wedding planner will assist you with the  booking of all wedding services, wedding ideas,  details of paperwork required to get married in Italy, full coordination of the event on the wedding day and all other events you will require us to organise for you and your guests. 

An Interpeter is required by Itlian law for all types of legally binding weddings. We are able to provide interpeters in different languages and this will be reconfirmed at the time of enquiry subject to your native language.  

We provide full guidance and assitance with the documents required to get married in Italy. Paperwork requirements will be subject to the ceremony type selected and the couple's nationalities. We will handle your documents, translated them as requested by Italian Law, and make sure all is in order for the wedding day.  At time your documents my be handled directly by authorities, this will be subject to your nationalities. We will make sure to provide you with full details and instructions.

There are many possibilities for wedding ceremonies in Italy, including town hall weddings, civil weddings at private venues, Catholic weddings, other religious weddings and symbolic wedding ceremonies. We will confirm the ceremony types available to you, subject to your requirements and personal status, as please note that at times what you require might not be possible due to Italian Law &  Regulations; hence why it is always best to speak to us before booking a venue in order to avoid disappointments.

The selection is subject to our criterias and what we feel our wedding couples look for in terms of settings, accesibility, budget. You can choose to get married at one of our venues or to let us assist you with the plan and coordination of your wedding at a venue you have already selected and fallen in love with.  With our knowledge of the country you will be able to make the right choice on the the perfect  Italian Wedding Destination. It is always important to consider the destination accessibility when coming from abroad, as at times you may find that certain ceremonies types are not allowed in one place, but are allowed in another; that one location  is more difficult to get to with a large number of guests coming from abroad becuase for exapmple it is at more than 2 hours drive from an airport, and so on.  Speak to us about your wedding plan.  

Wedding receptions in Italy can be organised at private venues such as villas, castles, farmhouses, beaches, hotel restaurants, and so on  by private caterers or onsite cateres. It is subject to the venue selected. We will help you make the right choice by also providing you with  menu details and costs.  Please bear in mind that most private venues only allow selected cateres therefore it is important that you let us know the banqueting requirements and style you have in mind to make sure the right choice is made.  

Italian Wedding cake is generally always included in the wedding menu proposal.
