Wedding in Lucca, Tuscany

Hi Anna,

I hope you're doing great!

As promised, please find below our feedback for all aspects of the wedding. We were delighted with everything and would urge you to pass on our sincere thanks to everyone who was a part of our day.

Hotel - The room was excellent, the staff were excellent. We really couldn't have asked for more. We've already emailed the hotel to pass on our gratitude and we'll be doing a review on tripadvisor soon.

Make up - She was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel so comfortable during the trial and made me look beautiful on the day. She was so accommodating and a lot of fun. David's first words when he saw me at the Cloister was that I looked gorgeous!

Flowers - the flowers were stunning and exactly what we'd asked for. The table centre pieces for the venue were great, considering they were probably a little different than most people ask for. They really did make the tables look lovely.

Wedding Car - WOW! We had such fun in the car and everyone was admiring it. The driver was lovely and really accommodating when the photographer wanted to stop for pictures.

Wedding Venue - again, absolutely stunning. Our guests were all so complimentary of the food, setting and atmosphere. The bus transfers were exactly as was agreed and helped everything run smoothly on the day. Please pass on our particular thanks to all the staff at the venue. It really did make our day so special.

Photographs - The photographer was incredible. Neither David nor I really enjoy getting our photograph taken but we had so much fun with him which I'm sure will be very obvious when we see the pictures. He was so patient with us, urging us to enjoy the time with our guests when we were having drinks outside the Cloister . He was also so patient with Chloe and Sophie who aren't used to having strangers taking their picture. Throughout the day, he managed to stay close to us without being intrusive which allowed us to really enjoy our day. As you know, we've decided to let Pino choose the pictures for our album as we were both so impressed with him and the pictures he thought of taking. We can't wait to see the album and get our CD! Do you know when we can expect this?

All in all Anna, we couldn't have asked for anything more on our day. You and your staff / contacts took care of everything exactly as we wanted it and helped us create so many memories that will make us smile for a lifetime. We can't thank you all enough and hope that you enjoy knowing how much we appreciated your services. I've attached a couple of photographs that family members took on the day so you can see just how happy we both were.

Wedding in Sorrento, Campania

I can't believe that our Tuscan dream has come to an end! After the wedding we enjoyed a couple of wonderful days in Florence before returning home on Monday 18th. We are now back to work and back to reality!

Tom and I want to say a very big heartfelt thank you for all you contribution, hard-work, patience and your meticulous planning and organisation into what was truly the best day of our lives. The villa was magnificent, and made the perfect venue for our long imperial reception table, where our guests could soak up the breath-taking Tuscan scenery whilst feasting on a exquisite 5 course meal. The catering was faultless and the service impeccable.

Throughout the year spent planning the occasion you have carefully guided us though all the important decision making relating not only to the wedding day itself, but also to the entity of our stay in Italy, our flights and our honeymoon.

You have always been attentive in replying to our myriad of emails, especially in the lead up to our departure. It was very reassuring to have you there in person on the wedding day to ensure the smooth running of the event.

The whole experience has taught us how invaluable it is to have a planner for an overseas wedding, you made the handling of all the paper-work and legal requirements seem easy and could liaise directly with the Italian supplies to get the best rates and deals.

We would not hesitate to recommend your services to any couple contemplating a wedding in Italy.

Wedding in Siena, Tuscany

Sam and I returned from Italy on Friday, after spending a few days in Venice following the wedding. It was absolutely beautiful however I could not help thinking about lake Garda and wishing I was back there, and I still do. It is impossible to put the extent of our gratitude into words. Our wedding turned into a day that we could never have imagined.

The surprise boat trip was outstanding, a complete dream and an experience of a lifetime, however even if this was not arranged the day would still have been out of this world. The chapel was so beautiful with a view that would take your breath away and the service and food at the restaurant was a delight. The organisation and direction of our coordinator was top class, and knowing you were at the end of the phone was so reassuring.

I can only thank you Anna from the bottom of my heart for providing us with a fairytale wedding that neither me, Sam, or any of my guests will forget. This email does not do our thanks and appreciation justice. We will always be grateful to you, and count myself lucky that your services were recommended to us.

My wedding could not have been any better.

Lake Garda Wedding

So the dust has settled and we are now back home so we can start to put our thoughts in order after such a wonderful few days in Rome. Our wedding day was perfect so thank you for everything you did to pull it all together.

Daniela was so lovely and really looked after us and our guests. Our guests were so pleased with their stop over between ceremony and reception and she was so very helpful to us with both the declaration and just ensuring things went off without a hitch.

Mauro, the hairdresser and all of his team were amazing. The salon was beautiful and so peaceful and they all looked after my mum and me so well. I cannot imagine anyone finding fault with this recommendation should you use this salon again. All of the girls made such a fuss of us and really made things feel special.

The driver was attentive and happy to go along with Simeone’s suggestions and requests.

The guitarist set the mood and the tone perfectly and played beautifully. His song choice was impeccable.

The reception venue was exactly what we had wanted - from the very attentive staff, to the attractiveness of the restaurant itself and it’s location and the very, very simple but beautiful food. There was soooooo much food but it was all delicious so no one really minded. The cake was exceptional, both in looks and in flavour. No one thought they had room for anymore but everybody finished their slice easily. We donated the remaining half to the restaurant as a thank you.

Finally, Simeone. He was a dream! Everybody loved him and he was so easy to get on with. We are going to do one of his photography tours in the future as we loved his company. The fact that we had our photographs before we came home is just amazing and such an added bonus. We really couldn’t have asked for better, he was so much fun. We have had a brief look at the photo’s already and they are brilliant.

So, thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Our wedding day was everything we could have wanted. We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Please pass on our thanks to all involved.

Wedding in Rome, Lazio

The wedding went fabulously thank-you for all your help with the planning, the venue were great and did more than I expected with decorations and the food!

Everyone has said what a beautiful location it was and how fantastic the food was.

All the staff at the venue were so helpful, and the interpreter went above and beyond to help us.

Wedding in Puglia

I hope you are well.

We are back now from the cruise and just wanted to drop you a email to say thank you so much for organising everything for us, it was more than we could have hoped for. Luck was really with us on the day as it was raining heavily in Messina but lovely and sunny in Taormina.

The venue was fantastic and the food was delicious. All our guests enjoyed the day very much, too much in fact as everyone fell asleep on the bus on the way back to the ship! I have attached a photo from the day for you.
